Topic: Psychological Inertia Hello there, welcome back and Happy New Year!  So, today we learned a new sub-topic. What is Psychological Inertia? WHAT IS BRAINSTORMING ? Advantages of brainstorming: A brainstorming session is often the last resort when other techniques and methods do not deliver the desired solutions. The biggest advantage is the high amount of generated ideas. At best, participants with different knowledge and different experiences come together. The advantage of the “outsider ideas” is multiplied when you use tricider.  Because the ideas are not criticized or rejected during a brainstorming session, interesting proposals can be refined gradually. The participants of the brainstorming build their solutions on the ideas of others, “think them up” and improve them. Disadvantages of brainstorming Terrible for introverts & people who like to prepare.  Time pressure is not conducive to great ideas.

Hi everyone, my name is Amelda Jocelyn, from DDT3B. I would like to apologize for being late to introduce myself, especially to Mdm. Ng. I have issues with data/wifi connection at home. Basically, I am from Serian, but living in Batu Kawa, Kuching. I'm 5' inch tall, the 1st daughter of my family. I have 4 siblings totalled. I have sister studying here in Politechnic, named Angel. She's having Diploma in Civil Engineering. My eldest brother work at Malaysian Fire & Rescue Department, while my youngest brother just finished his PT3. I pay special attention to the development of my thinking manners so that I become quick in thinking and broad in knowledge. I am very glad being part of this class although I originally from Semester 3' batch. In addition, I have developed many hobbies in my life.
